Welcome to FmssEdu, an education management platform provided by Fmss Bilişim Teknolojileri ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our platform at https://online.fmssedu.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

To use FmssEdu, you must:

4. Intellectual Property

All content and software on FmssEdu is the property of Fmss Bilişim or its licensors. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the platform solely for educational purposes.

5. User-Generated Content

Any content you upload (e.g., assignments, messages, comments) must:

• Comply with applicable laws and institutional guidelines
• Not infringe on third-party rights

We may remove any content that violates these terms at our discretion.

6. Availability and Maintenance

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fmss Bilişim is not liable for:

• Loss of data, profits, or reputation
• Downtime or service interruptions

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms
